Zinödl and Planspitze North-Eastern Wall (Kummerbrücke-bridge)
General Information
The route describes the access to the climbing route! An alpine climbing route, which can be looked up in detail in the climbing guide "Xeis Auslese" by Andreas Hollinger and Jürgen Reinmüller!
From the big parking lot at the Kummerbrücke the waterfall trail marked with the number 660 starts to the Hesshütte. Follow the small path to the waterfall. From there turn left to the routes in the Zinödl North Face (Verticale, Origin of Light etc.). To the routes in the Planspitze Nordostwand follow the Wasserfallweg, turn right and continue uphill over an overgrown ramp until you reach a short ladder. After this, turn right at a left-hand bend, leaving the markings and entering a washed out
Gutter (walking time 1 hour). Further right of the gully, over an overgrown ridge and into the main gully descending from the northeast wall. Cross the gully to the right on a steep step, cross over a short step to a ridge on the right and continue to a ledge. Keep right over steep steps to a scree step below the prominent dark triangle. Sure-footedness is absolutely necessary, very uncomfortable in wet conditions.
Total walking time about 2 hours.
