Gesäuse National Park reserves the right not to accept orders, e.g. in the case of sold-out items. If the Gesäuse National Park is unable to fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail. If you have already paid for the sold-out goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will of course receive a chargeback on your credit card.
Cancellation information
Return
If you do not like your ordered product, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please fill out the enclosed return form so that we know why you did not like the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused items. Please send the return with sufficient postage to this address
