In the Haindlkar, which stretches from the Enns to the imposing north walls of the Hochtor Group, a remarkable diversity of species was "steeply investigated" by "SOKO HAINDLKAR" on GEO Biodiversity Day 2013. Young people plunged into the adventure of research: interesting facts about National Park research were imparted, the wilderness of the Gesäuse was experienced up close in the ranger camp and the future junior rangers of the National Park schools were accompanied in the field. And all this against the imposing mountain backdrop of the Gesäuse. You can read about it in volume 11 of the series "Soko Haindlkar".
