Retter BioGut: Tinctures & extracts workshop
General Information
Tinctures, macerates and extracts from herbs have always been used in naturopathy. In this two-hour course, various plants for your own home medicine cabinet are introduced and then processed into mother tinctures, oxymel and oil extracts.
In this two-hour course, participants receive a thorough introduction to the world of naturopathy and learn how to use medicinal plants to produce natural remedies. Various herbs that are traditionally used in the home medicine cabinet are introduced and their respective effects explained. Participants learn how to process these herbs into mother tinctures, oxymels and oil extracts - all valuable remedies that can be easily made at home.
Particular attention is paid to practical application: participants learn the techniques of herbal processing step by step, from selecting the plants to the correct extraction. They make their own tinctures, create an oxymel, a mixture of vinegar and honey, and learn how oil extracts can be used for various purposes.
