In this 3-hour workshop, the basics of steam distillation of herbs will be taught, and you will participate in the production of a hydrosol. You will discuss the versatile uses of plant waters and receive a script with additional recipes.
In this 3-hour workshop, participants will dive into the world of steam distillation and learn both the theoretical foundations and the practical process of producing hydrosols and essential oils. Under the expert guidance of Nicole Silbermann, they will create their own hydrosol and essential oil, allowing them to actively experience the entire distillation process. The workshop also imparts extensive knowledge about the diverse application possibilities of these plant extracts, whether in cosmetics, aromatherapy, or household use.
Participants will learn about the health and caring benefits that hydrosols and essential oils provide, and how they can be purposefully employed in everyday life. A detailed script with recipes will additionally give them the opportunity to implement what they have learned at home and create their own products. The personal guidance by the experienced instructor allows for intensive exchange, and individual questions will be answered to deepen the participants' understanding.

The experience takes place with a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 12 people. A private workshop for 1-5 people can also be conducted for an additional cost.
