Brot backen im Retter BioGut
General Information
In this course, participants will learn how to bake healthy breads at home. Together with master baker Christoph Blamauer, they will make sourdough breads, spelt bread, and various types of pastries such as rolls, buns, croissants, and pretzel sticks. Start at 12 PM!
What could be better than creating something with your hands? Bread and pastries are everyday goods and food. Often, we do not appreciate the valuable food available to us to satisfy our hunger. In this course, participants learn more than just how to bake bread. They will discover which ingredients are used in what amounts, what is key for the dough to rise well, and how long to bake the dough. Participants will learn all this and can then produce rich, valuable breads for their families at home. They will know what is inside! And all this without any kneading.
Who does not know the smell of freshly baked bread and pastries! A unique experience awaits participants.
Retter BioGut with bakery – open to visitors since the end of August 2018, including guided tours: The energy-optimized facility houses a distillery, herb shop, and ice cream parlor. Juices and spirits are made from organic fruits sourced from the surrounding orchards of the Retters. A large portion of the delicacies is served to guests at the hotel.

Suitable for
The experience takes place with a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 10 people. An exclusive workshop for 1-3 people can also be conducted for the additional costs mentioned.
