BioGut The Retter
BioGut is the cradle of the Hirschbirne in the middle of the organic orchards of the Retter family. In the energy-optimized building with distillery, bakery, herb shop and ice cream shop, organic fruits are refined into fine fruit spreads, ice cream and distillates. In the bakery, fresh pastries and organic breads are baked daily according to old recipes.
The best place to taste the fine organic specialties of the region is in the RETTEREI. From the adjoining nature park terrace you have a wonderful view of the East Styrian hills.
