Pralinen herstellen im Retter BioGut
General Information
In this workshop, participants will learn how to make delicious chocolate pralines at home. Together with master confectioner Christoph Blamauer, delicious chocolate pralines will be created. Start at 12 PM!
In this praline course, you will learn the most important basic concepts for making sweet delights. With the right ingredients and skilled techniques, true works of art can be created. It is fun to develop and taste your own creations.
By the way, chocolate contains amazing health benefits for the brain and body.
Retter BioGut – which has only been open for visitors since the end of August 2018, among other things as part of guided tours: housed in the energy-optimized building are a distillery, an herb processing facility, and an ice cream production area. Juices and spirits made from organic fruits from the surrounding orchards of Retter are produced here, among other things. A large part of the delicacies is served to guests at the hotel.

The experience takes place with a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 10 people. A private workshop for 1-3 people can also be conducted for an additional cost.
