In this workshop, Walter Friedl will show you how to weave your own basket and teach you the fundamentals of basket weaving, an ancient technique. The materials used will be provided for you. Depending on the season, it is also possible to incorporate various fragrant herbs.
The natural world offers countless possibilities for weaving a basket. Different materials, such as herbs from your own garden, can be used. Decorative items that you may have collected during your last walk in the forest often work well to give the basket an individual touch. The workshop will begin with the basket base under the guidance of Walter Friedl. After that, everyone can independently create their own unique basket at their own pace.
