General Information
In this course, participants will learn how to bake healthy breads at home, all without kneading. Together with master baker Christoph Blamauer, participants will create sourdough breads, spelt bread, and various small baked goods such as rolls, breadsticks, croissants, and pretzel sticks. Starts at 12 PM!
What could be more beautiful than creating something with your hands? Bread and baked goods are everyday goods and food. Often we do not appreciate the valuable food we have at our disposal to satisfy our hunger. In this course, participants will learn more than just BAKING bread. They will learn which ingredients to use and in what quantities. What makes the dough rise well? How long should this dough be baked? All of this will be learned by the participants, enabling them to create wholesome, valuable breads for their families at home. You will know what's inside! And all this without kneading.
Who doesn't know the scent of freshly baked bread and pastries! A unique experience awaits the participants.
Retter BioGut with bakery – only opened to visitors since the end of August 2018 as part of guided tours: The energy-optimized facility houses a distillery, herb processing facility, and ice cream parlor. Juices and spirits made from organic fruits from the surrounding orchards of the Retters are produced here. A large portion of the delicacies is served to guests at the hotel.

Suitable for
The experience takes place with a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 10 people. A private workshop for 1-3 people can also be conducted for the stated additional costs.
