Styrian Summer Art: Sculptures & objects made of wood with Martin Gollowitsch
General Information
Shape your very own artwork from wood! In this versatile workshop, you will work with woodworking machines such as jigsaws, drills, sanders, and carving tools to create an individual sculpture. You will combine wood with exciting materials like metal, feathers, plastic, or glass – for a unique total artwork.
The workshop emphasizes the conscious and safe handling of tools as well as the creative combination of various materials. Whether free form, figurative representation, design object, or a special everyday item: You will be competently guided so that your idea takes shape in a professional and expressive manner.
This workshop is aimed at everyone who enjoys experimenting, discovering new things playfully, and wants to enhance their craftsmanship skills – regardless of whether you have first experiences or are already confident working with materials and tools. Unleash your creativity and let wood and materials become your means of expression!
