If the Gesäuse Tourism Association cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible via email. If you have already paid for the sold-out item in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will receive a refund to your credit card within approximately 15 business days.

If you do not like or fit the product you ordered, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please simply fill out the enclosed return form so we know why you did not like the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods for return.
