If the Tourism Association Gesäuse cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible via email. If you have already paid for the sold-out goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will receive a refund to your credit card within approximately 15 business days.
Cancellation information
Returns
If you are not satisfied with or it does not fit your ordered product, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please simply fill out the enclosed return form so that we know why you did not like the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods for returns.

You can also return the purchased items directly at the information office located at Hauptstraße 36, 8911 Admont. If you have already paid for the goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, a refund will be processed back to your credit card within approximately 15 business days. There is no cash payout on site.
Complaints
Unfortunately, it can happen that a product is not perfectly processed. If this is the case for you, please send us a meaningful picture and your order number via email to info@gesaeuse.at.
