The Gesäuse Tourism Association reserves the right to refuse orders, e.g., in the case of sold-out items. If the Gesäuse Tourism Association is unable to fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible via email. If you have already paid for the sold-out goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will receive a refund to your credit card within approximately 15 business days.

If you do not like or the ordered product does not fit, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please simply fill out the enclosed return form so that we know why you did not like the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods.
