General Information
Jam is more than just a spread! This fruity-sweet experience for the palate is also a gift idea and contributes to food rescue. In this tasting experience, you will prepare fruits and cook them using tried-and-true and new recipes. This way, you can take your "Summer in a Jar" home!
Our time together starts with a small theoretical part. This includes an extensive tasting, with various drinks such as coffee, tea, water, and fruit juices available. In addition to the different types of jam, there is also bread, butter, yogurt, cake, and pastry dough. This way, you can not only enjoy the delicious jams but also indulge your taste buds with other flavors. After the tasting, we will take a little digestive walk through the fruity garden. For those who can’t get enough – snacking is also allowed here! After the experience, you will receive compiled recipe ideas as well as three different self-made "Summer in a Jar" variants to take home.

Meeting point
We will meet directly at Kleinhofers Himbeernest, Baierdorf-Dorf 14 in 8184 Anger. The workshop will take place in the breakfast room and in our kitchen.

We cook from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

In our cosy guest room and during the taste experience animals are not permitted, as there is not enough space for additional participants.
The taste experience is predominantly for adults, who would like to experience their senses in a unique way. Please be aware that the programme might not be suitable for children under the age of 12. We recommend that you contact us in advance to ensure that your expectations are satisfied.
