General Information
Jam is more than just a spread! This fruity-sweet experience for the palate is also a gift idea and contributes to food rescue. In this tasting experience, you will prepare fruits and cook them using proven and new recipes. This way, you can take your "summer in a jar" home!
Our time together begins with a small theoretical part. This includes an extensive tasting, with various drinks such as coffee, tea, water, and fruit juices available to you. Alongside the different types of jam, there will also be bread, butter, yogurt, cake, and yeast pastries. This way, you can not only enjoy the jam delicacies but also delight your taste buds with other flavors. After the tasting, we will take a little digestive walk through the fruity garden. For those who can't get enough – snacking is allowed here too! After the experience, you will receive collected recipe ideas as well as three different homemade "summer in a jar" variants to take home.

Meeting point
We meet directly in Kleinhofers Himbeernest, Baierdorf-Dorf 14 in 8184 Anger. The workshop takes place in the breakfast room and in our kitchen.
Opening hours
We are cooking from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

In our cosy guest room and during the taste experience animals are not permitted, as there is not enough space for additional participants.
The taste experience is predominantly for adults, who would like to experience their senses in a unique way. Please be aware that the programme might not be suitable for children under the age of 12. We recommend that you contact us in advance to ensure that your expectations are satisfied.
