The Kapfenstein Parish Church in southeastern Styria is a church that can be seen from afar. With its location at the foot of Kapfenstein Castle and with its enchanting view, it is a popular place for weddings and baptisms. The parish church is dedicated to St. Nicholas.
The church is located on numerous hiking trails such as the Geo Trail, the Weg der Besinnung, the 3-Kogel Weg or also on the long-distance hiking trail from the glacier to the wine. Hikers like to take a meditative rest here.
