During this week, you can expect fantastic dishes centered around bio goose created and prepared by Hans Peter Fink & his kitchen team.
TIP: Gently cooked BIO pasture goose for home! (Only against prior order) as well as a goose liver spread to take home. (in a 143ml jar)

It’s that simple: Pre-order, arrange a pickup time & enjoy at home.
Fruits and vegetables such as pickled plums, rowan berries, black walnuts, pesto, chutneys, etc., are processed and pickled here.
Only the best ingredients from nature are used for the colorful jars. Freshly picked from the tree or harvested from the field, it goes pickled and dressed on in the glass. Here, of course, the right time is important, because only when a product is ripe can it jump into a Fink's Delikatessen jar. No artificial flavorings or preservatives are allowed.
