Family Forest Bathing – Discovering the Forest Together
Out of the daily grind – into the adventure of nature! In Family Forest Bathing, children and parents together discover the magic of the forest. With small games, sensory exercises, and plenty of room for imagination, you strengthen your connection to each other and to nature. You will be accompanied by Krautix, the curious raven, who guides you through the program in a child-friendly way.
What to expect:
- Playful mindfulness exercises for young & old
- Walking barefoot in the forest
- Exercise with a blindfold: Experiencing the forest “blind”
- Krautix magical scent bag
- Joint imaginative journey to conclude
- Plenty of time for wonder, relaxation, and togetherness
