A summer evening dedicated to wine and enjoyment: The wine dinner in June combines culinary art and craftsmanship in seven courses with seven wines from seven winemakers – the SIEME winemakers.

The name "Sieme" stands for both "together" in Italian and "seven" in Styrian, reflecting the idea of this special evening.

For the ninth time, this extraordinary menu featuring selected creations from vegetables, fish, and meat will be celebrated, accompanied by a harmoniously coordinated wine pairing. The evening begins at 6:00 PM with an aperitif, followed by the start of the menu at 6:30 PM.

The price of €135 per person includes the 7-course menu, aperitif, wine pairing, and water. Due to the culinary concept, a vegan menu is not provided. The number of participants is limited to 60 people.
