At Zinzendorfgasse, the Noonbar serves ramen in various forms – sometimes classic with broth, sometimes "no soup ramen," or reimagined with modern ingredients. The Japanese noodle soup is the centerpiece, but it is consciously taken further. The menu is complemented by creative sushi rolls, Asian-inspired tapas, and donburi. No wish is left unfulfilled when it comes to drinks: eastern-inspired cocktails and signature drinks enhance the culinary offerings and add an extra creative touch.
The design of the venue features clean lines and dark colors, complemented by street art elements from Graz artist Stebo. Musically accompanied by hip-hop and drum and bass, an atmosphere is created where space, music, and offerings intertwine to shape the bar's appearance. Behind the Noonbar is Wei Wei Sun, who has established modern Japanese cuisine in Graz with venues like Memori and Toshi and is known for contemporary interpretations of traditional dishes.
