The Lienhof, located on the border between Graz-Straßgang and Seiersberg-Pirka, offers people without their own garden the opportunity to regularly harvest fresh vegetables as well as culinary and wild herbs. With a self-harvesting subscription, the planted areas can be utilized, providing direct access to a wide variety of near-nature cultivated foods throughout the season.
For those who prefer to take ready-made products home, the self-service mini-market and the farm shop on Sundays offer a wide selection of dried herbs. These are suitable for tea, cooking, or homemade beverages, and are grown, harvested, and carefully packaged by the Lienhof farmers by hand. The herbs are based on the respective season and are complemented by suitable recipe ideas.
On Sunday afternoons, the farmers are available in the farm shop for questions and provide tips on the proper use of herbs. Thus, the Lienhof combines self-harvesting, regional foods, and in-depth herbal knowledge in one place.
