What guests can look forward to

Kaindorf is only a few kilometers away from Hartberg and is also the local supply center. This means that there is almost nothing that you cannot buy or enjoy in Kaindorf.

With its range of leisure activities and the many excursion destinations, Kaindorf is a vacation resort for all ages. Spend your time in nature hiking, biking and horseback riding. The themed trails lead you to Marterln and chapels with the Gothic church of St. Stefan. Or you can visit the Eastern Styrian thermal spa country, which is only a few minutes away, with its extensive offer. Via the Styrian Castle Road you can reach the Riegersburg, the strongest fortress of the Occident.

By car you can reach the castle and zoo Herberstein from Kaindorf in about 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity is the Stubenbergsee as well as the Kulm-Keltendorf. Heading northeast, you can reach the district capital Hartberg with its beautiful old town in just a few minutes. At the Ringkogel you have a clear view to Lake Balaton and Slovenia in good weather. Northwest lies the nature park Pöllauer Tal with the "Styrian St. Peter's Cathedral", the church of Pöllau as well as the pilgrimage church Pöllauberg. The cultural capital Graz can be reached in about 45 minutes by car.
