The Öllerbauer farm is located in the middle of the Pöllauer Tal Nature Park and includes fields cultivated in a way that is close to nature and meadows and forests left in their natural state.
Learn more about the Pöllauer Hirschbirne on a walk through the meadow orchards. Learn about animal husbandry from cows and find out information about self-marketing of products such as Hirschbirnen-Busserl, Hirschbirnen-Mustard and much more. All products manufactured or processed on the farm meet the highest quality criteria.
