Nature Worlds Styria: From the Forest on the Plate
General Information
The glory of venison is limitless. The topic would be too versatile to be covered in just one seminar. Therefore, you can learn everything about the tasty preparation and how to serve it appropriately, depending on the season. On all dates a 3-course menu will be cooked, where each participant can be active himself. The venison will be cut into ready-to-cook pieces and then processed together with our guest chefs. At the end there will be a wine tasting to match the dish! All dates include homemade bread, fresh spreads, tips on wild party appetizers and a sweet finale! Also, a recipe folder and a WILD WÜRZE will be given to participants afterwards.
