The Wetterkoglerhaus on Hochwechsel is open in the summer season.

The alpine club's hut is located at 1743 m above sea level at the summit of Hochwechsel and offers a breathtaking view over the region of Joglland-Waldheimat and far beyond. The chapel and the summit cross are also something very special and attract many visitors every year.

For snacking, there are also gluten- and lactose-free dishes.

The Wetterkoglerhaus is accessible by car via a toll road (toll fee: € 5.00).
