The Mauerhofer family has been breeding the best fish in Obersaifen in Pöllau since 1962. The brown trout, salmon trout, rainbow trout and char come exclusively from the farm's own ponds on the edge of the forest.
Fish specialties such as spreads, marinated salmon trout fillets or smoked fish products are particularly popular.
