It is a great pleasure for Felix, the boss of the house, to process products from the region in the highest quality. True enjoyment can only be achieved if the ingredients for a dish meet the highest standards and the preparation is carried out with heart and brain. We process the Weizer Berglamm, the Vulkanland ox also game meat from Sigi Windhaber or Johann free-range pigs. Our fish also come from local waters and our boss Felix knows how to collect delicious wild herbs from the meadows and forests of the region or to grow them in our own herb garden so that we can always harvest them fresh. Only the best from Eastern Styria, the garden of Austria.
