Unique in Austria: The "Huab’n" has opened in the Styrian Almenland, Austria's first restaurant operated entirely by apprentices. In the over 300-year-old farmhouse, 28 young talents will take over the kitchen and service completely independently from now on. Step by step, they will expand their responsibilities to include procurement, inventory management, marketing, and controlling – real entrepreneurship experience included.

Every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the apprentices welcome guests. The menu combines regional classics with fresh, bold ideas: from vegetable tartare to grandma's blood sausage roast, and the Styrian-Asian beef steak or open apple strudel. The à la carte restaurant has space for 70-80 guests, and reservations are possible but not required.

The Brandluckner Huab’n stands for talent promotion, independence, and enjoyment – a unique project by the Bauernhofer hotelier family that gives young people the chance to grow beyond themselves and implement their own ideas.
