Biohof Fink has been practicing organic farming since 1975 and is therefore one of the pioneers.

The goal of organic farming is to produce natural food while respecting and protecting natural resources such as soil or water. Quality means that fresh fruit and crisp vegetables are harvested full of ripeness directly from the field.
