Grafendorf bei Hartberg is a market town with 3189 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2022) in the east of Styria in the judicial district of Fürstenfeld and in the political district of Hartberg-Fürstenfeld.
Since 2015, it has been merged with the municipality of Stambach as part of the Styrian municipal structural reform; the new municipality continues to use the name "Grafendorf bei Hartberg".
