Here, at the inline skate park in the Nature Park Pöllau Valley you can show your skills. The park is close to the POSS-Zentrum Pöllau.
Which parts of your body get a work-out when inline skating? This sport trains your whole body. Many different muscle groups get trained and strengthened especially your leg, abdominal, gluteal and back muscles. Inline skating is also ideal as an endurance sport.
