Our farm "Öllerbauer" sits in the middle of the Nature Park Pöllau Valley and encompasses naturally farmed fields and untouched meadows and woods. Learn more about our Pöllauer Hirschbirne (autumn pear) while strolling over our meadows. Find out about animal farming of cows and bigs as well as informative tips for how we market our own products like Hirschbirn mustard, Hirschbirn sweets and much more. All of our products, which we produce or refine here on the farm adhere to the highest quality criteria.
