The "Buschenschank" has been run by the second generation since 2009. While Gerlinde looks after the guests as a trained waitress, the kitchen is Hannes' territory. Particular emphasis is placed on the quality of the food and drinks. The meat products are produced in-house in many individual steps, from the pig to the finished product. From wine to schnapps and liqueurs to pastries, everything is made in-house.
