Since May 2014, Hans-Peter Passath, the junior of the family, has been operating a modern free-range egg farm with great commitment.
The farm covers 12 hectares – of which around 8 hectares are used for agriculture and the rest for forestry.
From originally 10 hens, there are now 256, living in a mobile coop and being kept in a species-appropriate manner.
They are fed in a genetically modified organism (GMO) free and balanced way.

Farm shop: Friday & Saturday 8 AM - 12 PM and on the day before a holiday!
