Hotel guests as well as day and breakfast guests can enjoy a generous breakfast buffet featuring a variety of regional delicacies from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The breakfast buffet will be expanded to include several lunch dishes, and on request, a special selection in tasting portions will be served directly to the table, such as flambéed peach with caramelized feta cheese, small pork roast cubes on sauerkraut with mini bread dumplings, or venison stew.
