Information
Our „Seeresaturant Gruber“, located in the beautiful region Stubenberg in the east of Styria, is both traditional and modern. We offer a comfortable restaurant, a cozy café in our winter garden and a sun terrace with very nice view to the lake – you will enjoy!
The rooms in our pension are well appointed, each has a balcony with view to the lake. We have seven rooms including one family room with four beds. The other rooms are double rooms or triple bed rooms. All rooms have satellite TV.
The Stubenberg lake is the largest man-made lake in Europe. Here you can do various water sports. Beside swimming you can try stand up paddling, pedal boating, windsurfing and more! Around the lake you can also just go for a walk, rollerblade, ride a bike or take a ride on one of the rickshaws which you can hire. In summer there are well-tended lawns on the wide beach area. In winter, the Stubenberg lake invites you to ice skate, play ice hockey and drink mulled wine.
