Information
The Schildbacherhof has been in existence since 1967 and is already in its third generation of family ownership.
As a family, we have dedicated our hospitality business to friendliness and enjoyment.
The kitchen ranges from regional dishes to various schnitzel variations. We also cook vegetarian dishes and are happy to advise our guests on their menu choices, so it may easily happen that you receive dishes that are not on our menu – and that is exactly who we are.
It is important to us to pamper our guests with good food and drink. We can achieve this with the help of our local suppliers.
Our vegetable farmer supplies fresh vegetables from the field, our butcher provides succulent meat that has been produced sustainably and gently, and the winemaker who supplies us with typical wines from our area, such as Welschriesling or Weißburgunder, is just a small selection of our partners.
We are also very popular with our bus companies, clubs, and pensioners' and senior associations that have remained loyal to us for years through their constant visits.
