Payment Conditions
Arrival Departure:
The rooms are available from around 2 p.m. If you want to arrive earlier - let us know when booking / making a reservation. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 a.m. at the latest. In addition, you can use the wellness area on the day of departure for an additional charge.
Cancellation:
The Austrian hotel contract conditions for tenants and landlords apply here with the same law.
You can cancel free of charge 3 months before arrival, from 3 months to one month before 40% of the booking amount is charged, from one month to one week before arrival, 70% of the booking amount is charged. If you cancel within the last week, 90% of the booking amount will be charged. We offer travel cancellation insurance for this. We would be happy to inform you about this!
