We have set up our country house the way we would like it to be when we go on vacation. So everything is there.

Away from the hustle and bustle, the country house extends on a hill of approx. 900 m above sea level with a view and surroundings that will leave you speechless. To enjoy the pure nature, the beautiful landscape of green Styria. Sitting in the shade on a nice day and looking at the greenery is a wonderful refreshment for the heart.
You overlook the vastness of Eastern Styria and have a retreat where you can let your soul dangle.
The country house offers space for an extensive holiday for two, with friends or the whole family and invites you to enjoy and relax. Dozing, reading, enjoying the peace and quiet with a wonderful view of the Styrian hilly landscape. Also hiking tours, cycling, mountain biking - all this is possible here, directly from the country house.
The country house with approx. 230m² of living space is divided into 7 rooms:

- 1 kitchen (modern equipped)
- 2 bathrooms (1x shower room with toilet on the ground floor and 1x bathtub with toilet on the top floor)

- Farmhouse parlor (approx. 24 m²) with access to your own terrace, with a generous table set, directly to the large outdoor area
- Kitchen (approx. 15 m²) with exit to the two terraces and to the 2.5 ha outdoor area
- Bedroom (approx. 17 m²) with double bed and own exit to the complex
- Living room (approx. 34 m²) with exit to a private terrace with lounge furniture and direct access to the entire complex
- Bathroom (approx. 4 m²) with shower, washbasin and toilet
- Guest WC WC with washbasin
- Laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer
Upper floor with sloping cellings (accessible via a spiral staircase):

The keys are handed over personally. Please call me one hour before your arrival so that we can be there in time to hand over the keys.
The country house FOURSEASONS can be reached via a private road (gravel road, asphalt road), so absolute tranquility is guaranteed.

The charming and spacious country house on more than 25,000 sqm of private land was built around 1970 and has always been used as a vacation home by our family. It was extensively renovated in 2022 / 2023 and offers a warm and cozy atmosphere over a total area of more than 230 m², spread over 2 floors. Due to its secluded location on the approximately 2.5-hectare property, you can enjoy unforgettable moments.

MINIMUM DURATION OF STAY
There is a minimum stay of 3 nights.
For stays of less than 3 nights, we charge a surcharge of 20%.
For stays of 14 nights or more, we offer a discount of 10%.

Our country house is a non-smoking house! Smoking is only permitted on the two terraces on the ground floor! Due to the proximity of the forest and the resulting risk of forest fires, as well as the partially wooden balconies, smoking is strictly prohibited everywhere else.

We would like to expressly point out that the house is not suitable for small children due to the spiral staircase to the attic. However, a cot can be placed in the bedroom on the ground floor for a small child.

The ground floor can also be booked alone for 1 to max. 2 people. The attic is then not rented out and you live in the house exclusively on the ground floor. The ground floor comprises approx. 120 square meters of living space consisting of a living room, farmhouse parlor, kitchen, bedroom, shower room/toilet, guest toilet. Use of the entire outdoor area, 2 terraces, garden, meadow, etc.
The price for 1-2 people is EUR 220,-- per day/unit in high saison and EUR 198,-- in low saison
Final cleaning: € 120,-

DOGS
Four-legged guests are also very welcome. Well-behaved dogs can stay with us for € 15.00 per day.
1 dog up to 20 kg is allowed. Larger dogs only on request.
The sofas, benches, armchairs and beds are off-limits to your four-legged friends.
