Arrive and feel at home in our family-run country inn in the nature park community of Gasen, the home of the Stoakoglers.
You vacation in our new, cozy Almenland rooms and enjoy regional, culinary delicacies that our team prepares for you with love. Our chefs Alexandra and Otto know exactly how to conjure up a successful mixture of tried and tested delicacies and tasty new interpretations. We like to use herbs and salads from our own garden, meat, eggs, pasta and much more from our East Styrian farmers. We offer a large selection of Styrian white and red wines to go with your meal, as well as, of course, fine red wines from Burgenland. We also get our alcohol-free juices and nectars, schnapps and fine brandies from our Almenland Nature Park.
The beautiful, quiet garden, an outdoor pool (50 meters away), sauna, steam bath and soothing massages - to switch off and recharge your batteries! Excursions across green Styria, cultural events and extensive hikes - our Almenland Nature Park has a lot to offer!

Welcome! As a nature park partner of the Almenland nature park, we are very committed to the preservation of the cultural landscape: With culinary focuses such as: the wild and herb menu in spring, our guests taste and feel the power of biodiversity. These specialties are complemented with traditional foods from the nature park such as Almo beef, sheep products from the Weiz sheep farmers, pasta from Moarhofhechtl ... Our house is heated with sustainable district heating from wood chips from our Gasner farmers. When renovating our facility, we rely on natural building materials from the region. Regardless of whether your stay with us lasts for an enjoyable meal or that of a vacation. Take a deep breath, relax and enjoy to the full - a stay that will be fondly remembered! To relax body and soul, we offer our guests a small but fine feel-good area and a quiet, green and flowery guest park. A few meters away is our great adventure playground and the newly renovated, solar-heated outdoor pool - where our guests have free access throughout their stay! From March 1st to October 31st our guests will receive the new "Oststeiermark GENUSSCARD"! With this card you can visit approx. 200 excursion destinations in Eastern Styria with guided tours, exhibitions and interesting things for young and old for FREE from the very first night!
