The family-run business, which has been in operation for generations in the altitude health resort of Fischbach, always strives to create delicacies on the plate with fresh produce from the region. The focus is on a hearty, traditional cuisine at a moderate price-performance ratio. The inn is open Thursday to Monday from 9 AM. Hot meals are served from 11 AM to 2 PM (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays until 2:30 PM) and from 5 PM to 8 PM.
