Our "oid's House" is located at an altitude of 1030m, 2 km from the pilgrimage site of Maria Heilbrunn, in the Almenland, the largest contiguous alpine area in Central Europe.
We are surrounded by meadows and forests of our own farm.

With great attention to detail, the originality of the former family home has been preserved without compromising on amenities and comfort.
The nearest grocery store is 2 km away at Brandlucken, opposite the Naturhotel Bauernhofer. Just a stone's throw away (15 km) are the shopping centers in Passail, Anger, Birkfeld, or Weiz. In the immediate vicinity, you can indulge in culinary delights in Heilbrunn or at Brandlucken.
