Information
After almost 50 years of slumber, we have breathed life back into our old farm mill and converted it into a small but beautiful vacation home in 2022. It was particularly important to us to combine old and new elements in a contemporary way. The high-quality solid wood floors and paneling, which give the house a cozy and warm character, come from ash and fir trees from our own forest.
The approx. 40 m² cottage consists of a combined kitchen/living room with a wood-burning stove, a bathroom, and a bedroom upstairs. As sleeping facilities there is a double bed, as well as a convertible sofa. The living area is extended by a spacious veranda with seating area and hammock. From there you can reach the garden area of the mill and further into the meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity, where many places and terraces invite you to linger.
