Backhendlstation Schneider Inn
Information
The Gasthof Schneider is one of the few authentic Styrian inns in Eastern Styria, family-run and committed to regional tradition. Traditional cuisine from the region The kitchen is determined by the traditional recipes of the grandparents of the Schneider family, the region and the products from their own farm. Quality, enjoyment and fair prices - that's probably the best way to describe the menu. The fried chicken, which gives the inn its name, is not only a culinary Styrian cultural asset, but also the greatest pride of the kitchen. The Schneider family is convinced that they serve one of the best (some say "the best") fried chicken in the region. Special emphasis is also placed on traditional dishes such as klachlsuppe, roast pork, stilts or stuffed veal breast, which are offered throughout the year. For the use of its own products and products from the surrounding regions, the fried chicken station was awarded the AMA gastro seal and as a Styrian village host. The kitchen is determined by the traditional recipes of the grandparents of the Schneider family, the region and the products from their own farm. Culinary weeks - different culinary weeks are offered again and again throughout the year. The loving and creative preparation of regional dishes will surprise you again and again! In addition to the menu, there are also the following specialties depending on the season: slaughter days, steak days, lamb dances with wild garlic, asparagus time, pumpkin time, now it's going to be WILD, goose time and much more.
