Kayaking in the Styrian Salza Valley, at the foot of the Hochschwab. On sunny days, the Salza sparkles emerald green and you are accompanied by a unique backdrop along the northern side of the Hochschwab. Rugged, towering rock faces, covered with colourful alpine flowers and rich wildlife, make Wildalpen a great natural wonder.  Three wonderful campsites located directly on the Salza await you in Wildalpen – all with new sanitary facilities:
  • Camping Wildalpen in Wildalpen (looking upstream on the left bank of the Salza)
  • Wildwasserzentrum Naturfreunde Österreich in Wildalpen (looking upstream on the right bank of the Salza)
  • Camping Nachbagauer in Brunn (3 km from Wildalpen)
