More information

At the roundabout in Admont, we take the third exit towards Hall and follow the road. The "Kirchenwirt" inn is signposted repeatedly on road signs.
We park at the former municipal office in Hall near Admont. After 100 metres heading north, we cross the Hallbach stream. We walk past the church on the left and out of the village. The hiking trail is well marked and presents no significant difficulties, but it does become quite steep in places in the forest over the next 900 metres. Once we reach the saddle at the top, we turn right towards the summit. The last 400 metres are then much flatter again. We are now standing on the Dörfelstein at 1,075 metres. Next to the beautifully forged summit cross, there is even a small, simple shelter hut. The view of the Großer Buchstein, Hochtor, Admonter Reichenstein and the Haller Mauern is particularly good.  Now we walk back along the ridge path to the western summit, which also offers us a wonderful view! Be careful, the last few metres are very steep and somewhat dangerous.
The path down into the valley is a little steep at first through the forest, but becomes flatter and flatter until we arrive back down at the Kirchenwirt in Hall!
Well signposted tour which can be extended by several paths!

In the connection also the nearby waterfall way is a beautiful extension!
