The affiliated farm with animal husbandry, forestry and alpine farming also provides excellent products that are processed by the students as part of their training.

Our farm shop is open every Thursday from 14:30 to 17:00. There you will find award-winning goat cheese products from our school alpine pasture, meat from cattle and lambs raised on the Grabneralm and Buchau respectively, and several varieties of our much sought-after potatoes. Products from other Styrian technical schools, our well-known sausages, lamb skins and specialities from our partners round off the farm shop's range.
