Beautifully situated in a 3000 m² property with sunbathing lawn and fruit trees near the bakery and cross-country ski trail. The flat is on the 1st floor and has a total size of 86 m² for 4 persons. If required, it can be reduced to 77 m² for 3 persons or 65 m² for 2 persons. Kitchen, 2 single rooms, 1 double room, bathroom/WC, extra WC in the hallway, living room with sofa bed, large corner balcony facing east to west with a wonderful panoramic view of the Gesäuse and the Haller Mauern. I will be happy to help you plan hikes and excursions or take you on a hike!
