Welcome to our 500 year old Moarhof holiday in Palfau/Landl! The lovingly renovated farm with its numerous outbuildings is the perfect starting point for an exciting and at the same time relaxing vacation with us in the Styrian Eisenwurzen nature park. Anyone who has felt the adrenaline thickness during a rafting, canyoning or high rope garden tour can come to rest at the campfire in the evening. Water, hills, trees - especially for children, our farm is a single large playground. Our house is only a few kilometers away from the Hochkar ski area. A ski bus brings you directly from our house to the Hochkar and back again.

In 1972 the Moarhof by Elsa and Ignaz Lackmaier was expanded into a accommodation company. In combination with the Rafting Camp Palfau, the Feriengut Moarhof is a very popular holiday destination that has continued to develop. The Moarhof is not only a popular holiday destination, but also my parents' house where I grew up and in which I live with my family. This powerful place offers a down -to -earth environment for our children with a lot of quality of life. The Moarhof is located in northern Upper Styria in the Dreiländereck Styria, Lower Austria and Upper Austria. The mountain range of the Gesäuse National Park with its deeply cut, the Salzatal and the Ennstal is formative for our region. Since the Salzatal or the Gesäusche lie somewhat "from the shot", our area of industry and trade was largely spared, which fortunately has been preserved the originality and naturalness. Ballermann and apresskemeilen are searched for in vain, but outdoor athletes and nature lovers get their money's worth due to the above -average leisure activities in nature. The many many excursion opportunities not only meet the family vacationers very much, a lot is also offered culturally. There is so much to discover and experience, it's just worth staying longer.
